Agnieszka OS
2005 Grey Pure Polish Arabian Mare
*bred by Oasis Stables, Inc.*
Sire: *Prorok+ (Eternit x Perforacja)
*owned by Oasis Stables, Inc.*
Dam: LL Atalanta (*Pyralus x *Alessandras)
*owned by Oasis Stables, Inc.*
Agnieszka is the oldest foal resulting from a cross that Chay, owner/creator of Lluvia Ltd, and I had secretly planned since she imported *Pyralus. We both had strong belief that crossing *Prorok with *Pyralus daughters and *Pyralus with *Prorok daughters would created amazing horses. We were SO right! Agnieszka, or Angie for short, quickly wowed the judges when she debuted on the AHA circuit. She easily garnered a good amount of Top Tens during the 2006 year. When she entered the show ring at the Sport Horse Nationals, she even wowed us and easily garnered the National Championship. Angie is a spectacular filly who is a solid and proud representative of both her sire and dam-line. She exhibits that sport horse carriage and confomation we strive to produce yet retains that Arabian beauty and aura. We definitely think she will continue wowing the crowds in halter/sport horse halter. We do think, however, that her forte will definitely be once she is under saddle. She is also a prime candidate for racing.
Angie's sire is *Prorok, our leading sire. *Prorok was ranked AHA's Second Leading Sport Horse Halter Sire of the Year for 2006. *Prorok is definitely, no doubts about it, our most succesful sire and Angie is further proof of that. Aside from Angie, *Prorok has also sired the copper duo, Nostradamus OS and Morwen OS. Both chestnuts have had their fair amount of success both in the breeding shed and in the show ring. He is also the sire of our brilliant young sire, Eurocrat OS, who is also one of our prized reiners. To put it short, *Prorok is one of those stallions that eventually end up in a good amount of very succesful bloodlines.
Angie's dam is no straggler though! LL Atalanta was Chay's version of our Eurocrat OS, only mare version. This mare was the result of crossing the two Arabians Chay treasured the most, *Pyralus and *Alessandras. We asked her for that cross and Atalanta was our very first *Pyralus foal. We have never looked back. Atalanta has been very succesful in the sport horse scene, always being one of the mares to beat in the in hand classes. Angie is her first foal and is already a National Champion. Atalanta has quickly filled up the big shoes made for her by her two spectacular parents. Crossing *Pyralus with *Alessandras again produced the beautiful Peppermint Ranch owned, LL Apoloniusz. Apoloniusz has quite a successful record for his young age and is beginning his stud career in 2007. He is definitely a colt we are considering to breed to our *Prorok daughters.

*CONTRACT*
1. This horse may not leave Horses Forever under any circumstances.
2. Thise horse is entered for both the National and International AHA shows and must remain actively showing in the AHA. Due to the large demand of showing at extremely competitive shows twice a month, it is recommended that the horse be shown limited outside of the AHA.
3. This horse is a 2005 mare, thus her first foal may not be older than 2009; 2008 if embryo transfer is used.
4. This horse many not begin showing/training under saddle until 2008.
5. If this horse is neglected in any way, it will be reclaimed with no warning. Neglected means not fed, not living in a healthy environment, overshown in a show or in too many disciplines etc.
6. If the new owner does not log in to the HF Board for a consecutive three months, a post will be made as to the owner's whereabouts. If then, no one speaks up for owner or the owner her/himself does not reply, the horse will be reclaimed.
*If owner comes back after the three months and has a very legitimate reason, the horse will be returned. If the owner disappears again, for another three months, the horse will be reclaimed and not returned for any excuse.
7. Oasis Stables, Inc will be retaining one embryo of this mare to use at our discretion. Obviously, this breeding will be used once the horse is old enough to reproduce.
8. This horse may only have one foal for every year. Meaning, she can only have one 2009 foal, 2010 foal, etc. The ONLY exception is if an embryo transfer is done.
9. If any of the rules in this contract are broken, the horse's current owner will be notified that the horse is being reclaimed.
10. Oasis Stables, Inc retains buybacks/first refusal rights.
11. If the owner wishes to sell this horse and Oasis Stables, Inc gives the okay to do so, the horse will remain under this contract and ONLY this contract. Modifications will be done (ie: embryos) if necessary by Oasis Stables, Inc.
12. This horse is an AHA Futurity Program Nominated horse and is to be shown in the Futurity Classes at the 2008 Nationals.
13. This horse many only be trained for the disciplines that it was bred for. Which are: halter, sport horse halter in hand, dressage, hunters, jumpers, sport horse classes in general. If we see this horse competing in another discipline, we will ask for a sensible reason for this drastic change. If we do not see the reason as fit (ie: I like Saddleseat and decided to try her in Saddleseat), we will reclaim the horse.
14. This horse is a prospect for racing for 2008. If she is raced in 2008, she may not compete in any other discipline inculding halter. The only other events she may enter are the racing horse in hand or racing horse halter that are sometimes offered by the VRA and/or C&H Arabian races. If we see this horse competing in any other discipline once it has begun its racing career, we will notify the owner of our reclaiming of it. If the owner wishes to show the horse in another discipline, they must wait two months before beginning to show it in halter/another discipline. It would also be preferable if the owner made an announcement or let Oasis Stables, Inc. know of the change of disciplines from racing to the new one. The new discipline should be one of the other disciplines she is a prospect for.
